Health Trainers
Health trainers help people to develop healthier behaviour and lifestyles in their own local communities. They offer practical support to individuals to help change their behaviour to achieve their own choices and goals.  Sarah Surry, the Health Trainer is based at the Healthy Living Centre on Tuesdays and Fridays between 10am-1pm in the foyer and can give help, support and advice on ways to cut down on smoking.
